Formula:

LOVELY LADY FLORAL TEA BLEND

Lavender flowers Lavandula angustifolia: 1/2 teaspoon
Red rose petals & buds Rosa centifolia: 1/2 teaspoon 
Red raspberry leaf Rubus idaeus: 1/2 teaspoon

Pour the boiling water over the herb and leave it to steep for five to ten minutes. Strain the tea and it is ready to drink.
