Sheep Sorrel Herb Organic

Why Sheep Sorrel? This small plant has a reputation as a beneficial herb. Historically, sorrel has been used as a food and medicinal plant, cultivated for its edible leaves. Sorrel is native to Europe. It has been introduced and naturalized in North America and can now be found almost everywhere in the world.

Benefits: Sorrel leaves can be eaten raw or cooked, and can be added to salads or soups for their lemon-like flavor. They can also be dried for future use.

HEALTHY SINUS SUPPORT

Sorrel R. acetosella leaves: 3 parts

Elder Sambucus nigra flowers: 3 parts

Verbena Verbena officinalis herb: 3 parts

Gentian Gentiana lutea root: 1 part

Combine the dried herbs and prepare as an infusion. Infuse one teaspoon of dried herb mixture in one cup boiling water for 20 minutes. Drink three cups per day.
