About Pumpkin Seed: Pumpkin is one of the oldest domesticated plant species, and was first cultivated between 8,000 to 10,000 years ago in Mesoamerica! Today, this wonderful gourd and its seeds are staples of autumn and the harvest season. Roasted pumpkin seeds are a delicious and nutritious snack or a garnish for your favorite fall dishes.
Benefits: Not only are pumpkin seeds delicious, they may also support a normal urinary system, prostate, and reproductive system in healthy adult males. Pumpkin seeds may also provide support to a normal functioning liver in healthy adults.
Formula:
PUMPKIN SEED INFUSION:
Pumpkin Cucurbita pepo seeds (crushed): 1 ounce
Filtered water: 1 pint
Boil the water and pour over crushed seeds. Steep for 10 to 20 minutes and then strain. Use four to six tablespoons, three times a day. Store for no more than 24 hours in the refrigerator

Pumpkin seeds are non-toxic in higher doses.
